Technical Support Engineer - Workshop Technical Support Team
An opportunity has arisen in our Technical Support Team for an Engineer to work in our Workshop Technical Support Team. You will work with both our new and existing workshop products. This role would be particularly suited to someone with strong analytical, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, who has relevant experience of working in a technically orientated customer service role.
This post is based in Dundee.
The main activities are
- Daily support of workshop customer PC enquiries
- Daily support of workshop PC product enquiries
- Establish and maintain FAQ databases for new and existing products
- Investigate customer applications, issues and concerns through to resolution
You will have relevant experience of:
- Providing technical support
- Fault finding & providing solutions
- Providing high quality customer service
